Current Events » in reply to Ed, The person was laying still and unsresponsive, the person was shot at point blank range and flopped around, As the camera panned around, a bloody-splatter can be seen on the wall

If the soldier on the scene had reason to beleive that the terrorist onthe ground could pose a threat, he did exactly the right thing.

Had other terrorists feigned death to the detriment of our soldiers?
Yes they had. Our soldiers are completely justified to respond accordingly on the side of their own safety.
To pretend other wise is delusional.
If his instinct told him this enemy could do the same thing, he should have done exactly what he did.
I would have done the same thing, and if you were there, you would have too.
People, in my experience, do flop around and bleed a lot when shot.
Blood spatters from wounds.
That is not proof of crime.
As I said before, the reporter's story is not holding up.
The fact of the fire fight in the mosque during the time leading up to the is left out of the video.
The fact of our soldiers facing an enemy that boobytraps themselves and wound or kill our troops when approached is not in the video.
Relying only on this video is not a very effective way to assess this incident.
