It isn't known if the dead terrorists was an Iraqi at all.
It is easy to either ignore or lie about the fact that the terrorists are feigning injury, and blowing themselves up when our soldiers render aid to them.
It is even esier to ignore the fact that the mosque was, at the time of the video, a fire fight zone, with gunfire coming from other terrorists in the mosque.
By the way, Kerry also shot a wounded guy, but you lefty scum praised him.
Only lazy neverwuzzer losers are going to second guess our soldiers in battle.
War is hell. It is even bigger hell when people no where near the action, who hate the soldiers and the country they fight for, rewrite the events to condemn them.
I would suggest that faking to be dead so as to raise up and kill our guys is a strategy that only works if we let it.
Our soldier chose to short circuit that strategy.
That is not a war crime.
NBC lying about it should be.
