WOW- I did not address a single point you made, did I?
Still, none of this refers to the MORAL dimension of indiscriminate suffering caused by tsunamis, war and murder, etc. That's still a tough one and I got sick and tired of arrogant and stupid people preaching 'divine retribution' from their comfort zones.
Anyone saying this is gods punishment is an idiot, they are actually blaspheming the figment of their imagination they call god....
Ignore the assholes and just try to do the best you can- if doing that doesnt please your 'god', then is your god worth a damn? In the end all you can hope for is to make a difference for the future... it can be saving a life of someone dying in the street, or making a major discovery in physics....
In the end all we have is what we do for the future- I wish we all worked with that in mind.... (I do not claim I always live by my words)
oh well I have been up too long, so what do I know?
