To the best of my knowledge, this is the original judge's decision on this case. It clarifies a number of issues, at least for me. Most of the appeals would have been based on this same evidence.

Unlike many, I do not see Judge Greer as some kind of demon. He's been put in a bad place from several directions. Don't know if I would have come to the same conclusions, but hell, for somebody or other, that's true of every legal case in the world.
