re: Judges

It is notable that virtually all of his decisions have been sustained by federal and state appellate and supreme courts. In fact, over thirty different judges have had the opportunity to second guess his rulings.

Now you are spinning, appellate courts review the merits of the case, not the credibility of the witness and rule on whether there is any new evidence to further a trial. Once Greer made his ruling no other judge would rule on his decision of witness testimony.

If it was a trail with jurors then a judge would rule that they may have made a wrong decision and overturn the jurors decision.

This 30 different judges thing is a spin too. It's the sum of all the judges in court system that were involved in this case, not all the judges who reviewed and ruled on this case.
One example:

Judge Altenbernd has consistently ruled against the Schindler family, led the state appellate panels hearing Terri's case, made all the rulings, wrote all the opinions, and is the only judge that heard every one of Terri's appeals.

Some interesting reading from the above quote as far a the legal part of this case.

I just came across this, so I haven't had the time to resource the validity.
