Ed, you are beginning to sound insane with this dinner thing.

So you don't have a copy of the report and have not read it and yet are perfectly willing to express opinions based on nothing more than your feeling what it must contain?

I have already check for the report. There is a PDF called "IAF_20002_CAPS_Final.Doc"(PDF) is this the report you base all your rants on?
