Actually, I've answered your and Mark' questions several times over, but the answsers never sink in. That's because your obsessions fundamentally alter the way your brains work - you can't see, don't understand, and in the rare cases in which neither of these hold, you can't remember.
Given this cognitive disfunction of yours, if you don't bother to get a copy of the CAPS study before you comment on it, from this point on, I'm simply going to use your tactic, and just simply state that everything you write is wrong. Doing anything else would be a complete waste of my time.
You may not believe this, but I'm actually rather busy, and in my free time I'd rather be thinking about private sector Mars rovers, or looking at how Doug's doing with his unmanned space.com venture, or better yet examining some of the architectures being proposed for the VSE.
