Typical Grondine. You always say I've answered your questions when you have not. All you ever do is say talk to somebody else or go get a document which presumedly you have a copy of and refuse to quote from.

Nowhere in any of the PDFs or DOCs I've downloaded from LRC (Langley) have I found a statement that Lunar surface CAPS is better in anyway over Space based CAPS. I have cut and pasted the relevant passages of the final report which show no preference for Lunar systems over space based systems. I again ask you to cut and paste any such statement form the summaries or other reports you have in hand.

You can insult people all you want it is pretty clear you live in your own little world were facts don't apply. I suspect that no such statement exist except by you an admitted non-expert who has an agenda to return to the Moon over actually detecting possible Earth bound impactors.

I have emailed Daniel D. Mazanek asking for any final report on CAPS he might have.
