Dr. Mazanek's poster session included much more material than is available in the pdf file. Since the two of you act like 5 year olds, I am most definitely not going to share with you either his email address nor his office telephone number: contact the Langley PAO for your copies.
Note carefully that I have not examined Langley's HPFM in terms of cost effectiveness (the VSE had not been adopted at the time I wrote), nor have I seen the proposed ATK architectures. My guess was that LOR with a fueling station and the use of landing frames would probably be most effective for working on the Moon, but then I was not and still am not very concerned about sending men to Mars. When Dr. Mazanek speaks about a larger architecture or larger infrastructure, this is what he is referring to: one capable of supporting your manned Mars flights.
The Langley proposal's instrument suite is the most effective for dealing with the impact hazard of any proposal's, and IMO it is certain to be adopted for very sound engineering reasons.
Oh well. Could the two of you please learn something about what you are writing about before writing? No, I suppose that is simply too much to hope for.
