Yeah Right!

No, you started this here. Debate or quite making bogus claims.

I'm sorry Ed I'm losing patients with you. Instead of answering questions you start asking relatively stupid ones. So we can only assume you don't have the reports and have never read them.

Nowhere have I said you won't see a part of the sky from the Moon's equator, eventually. Though the polar areas that people seem most interested in placing Moonbases at would block regions of the sky. That is to say there are areas on the Moon where you won't see either one or the other of the hemispheres of the sky. As when in Australia you don't see the North Star or from here I can't see the Southern Cross. If they place bases at a pole they won't be visiting scope at the equator often.

But that wasn't the point. When observing NEOs and Comets timing is critical. Half the sky is obstructed by the Moon itself half the time no matter where the telescope is placed. Inevitably the observer will want to view an NEO or Comet in the part of the sky under your feet and which will be out of contact for about 14 days.

As to insults well...you insult everyone here with your nonsense. I'm betting most people here are bored with this...I'm done till you post actual evidence from the CAPS reports or Mazanek that the Moon is the best place to put CAPS assets.
