I act as a five year old? Hardly Ed. I'm looking for information, but that doesn't mean my objections to Lunar Surface based CAPS are somehow wrong.
You haven't address a single one of them.
Here's more:
-You have a 28 day power cycle on the Moon unless you setup somewhere near a pole.
-An array like they picture with rails would have dust all over the rails.
-Depending on where they place the array and communications dish they will need a network of othe dishes.
BTW, if Mazanek works at NASA I can easily get is email address and or phone number in the directory.
