FEMA chief steps down
Not only was recently resigned FEMA director Mike Brown unqualified to run FEMA, having been the head of a horse show organization, so were 5 out of 8 of the top FEMA officials. They ignored warnings prior to Katrina or didn't know what to do about them.
Also, he didn't get in any trouble from Bush and Co for lying on his resume, saying he was on the board of a number of relief organizations who when asked had never heard of him. However, he could be disbarred as a lawyer by the Bar Assoc in his home state for it. Seems they have an ethics issue about blatant lies on a resume that Bush and Co don't have.
