That's what they always say: bringing political leadership salaries "in line" with those in the private sector! I'm in favor of a law limiting business leadership salaries to 1.5-times the average of the workers employed by them. This is analogous to GDP per capita for politicians. This would force re-investment of profits as performance bonuses.
