I was in Vegas the prior week attending a convention.
Everyone I talked to was claiming a boomer year, including the manufactures of equipment. I was hoping to get a discount on some equipment from the show but nobody was discounting anything and all the equipment on the floor (that I wanted) was previously ordered and sold, then being delivered after the convention was over. So much for picking up overstock and was told to be prepared for delays when ordering equipment.
That's a sure sign of good economy at my end.
As far as Vegas goes, it's not my cup of tea, I only go on business and to visit friends, but I did win $425 on the dollar slots. ;-)
