Yes, very much so.
What would it take to stop offshore outsourcing? I don't beleive it *can* be stopped. An executive's loyalty is entirely to the corporate stockholder, who in turn is primarily (and perhaps only) interested in ROI.
In other words, the fat cats' are NOT beholden to America as a people or America as a nation, but only to the bottom line. Doing what's right for America, or for the American worker, is not part of the equation.
