Your definition of communism is incorrect.
You believe that simply establishing a "maximum wage" would be communism. That's not true. A minimum wage didn't establish communism, so why would a maximum wage? Furthermore, I'm not proposing at absolute maximum wage, I'm actually proposing a proportional maximum wage, varying directly with the productivity of the organization. It's a system of performance bonuses, and also a system to ensure that management (and politicians) don't steal wages away from the workers who've earned them.
