I spent the 4-day Thanksgiving weekend in Vegas...And the wealth that was being flaunted by all those peasants was amazing to behold.
No signs of riots--despite the fact that there are high rolling rich and poor near-pennyless peasants were clearly segregated to different betting areas by the minimum betting limits...And to think those filthy rich SOB's get much better comps too! I would think that the poor would rise up in revolt and take what should be theirs!
I mean I actually had to pay to See "O" at the Belagio (the show was not worth the money) and "Ka" at the MGM Grand (definitly worth the money...The best entertainment value I've seen in years...Hollywood puts out pure wothless crap when compared to that...The soundtrack alone was awesome...But I digress...)
On a related note: I highly reccommend the thrill rides on the 110th floor of the stratosphere tower! Man that 5G's of acceleration quicky followed by a few seconds of weightlessness is a pure rush! I had to ride that one twice!

- 1.5 would be just a little harsh.
- There would still be a pay scale, increasing with education, experience and responsibility
