The Board of Directors is a joke.
It usually meets one time a year. The only thing it does is to select officers and let them pillage the company.
Imagine: Get $250,000 for a one-day-a-year job on the board of directors. No wonder they don't bother to do anything. They have no regular duties.
The Board of Directors is a farce and will remain so.
