re: First real computer

LJK — 1/16/2006 5:40:00 PM (archived)

I bought my first PC in 1992 for $1,000. It was a 486 that had 25 MHz of power and 85 megs of disk space - 40 megs of which were taken up with the software programs needed to run the rest of it! And I thought I had gotten a bargain!

Now my wife can do so much more with her cell phone!
