Cheney was cleared by the police. Or do we haul Cheney and the others up before a grand jury for not having the seven dollar stamp?

One of the main problems some people here have is that they generate wild speculations and bizarre theories, and then manage to convince themselves that this is what really happened. Facts just kind of bounce off.
