Look at how much space on our prime front page board this stupid argument has taken up. Is this the face we want HZ to present to the world? - my vote is "no". I'm not a threat person but if this becomes the norm here, then I'm off somewhere else to play and I think we'll lose a lot of our regulars and lurkers, too.

I don't think it WILL become the norm, but the Status Quo Ante does need to be actively preserved in the face of assaults to its dignity.

Notice that with a rational response to Lee, I got a reasonable answer in two posts, Total. I could discuss the details further with him, but basically his main issue has been totally defused - without rocking boats, breaking eggs, or losing face.
