Now you're positing that thousands of climate scientists are competing for the Nobel Prize by falsifying their data and results? Wow!
Let's work this through. Thousands of scientists, one Nobel Prize. Game theory suggests that most of those scientists should devote considerable effort to discrediting the results of their competitors. Kinda complicates things to have to protect your own fraudulent results while trying to expose it in others.
Now, have you noticed how it takes the Nobel Committee a couple of decades to award the prizes? I think they're waiting to see what discoveries or theories stand up to the test of time. In this case it's particularly poignant: The 2026 Nobel is going to the person or persons whose prediction most closely matches what the Committee sees when it looks out the window.
So how is this tacit conspiracy of climate scientists going to pull it off? Project a holographic image of nice weather over Oslo harbor?

I think you've gone off the deep end, Tom
