The reason the Supreme Court gave communities the right to invoke eminent domain on private properties strictly for the benefit of other private property owners was to allow people like Wal-Mart to build wherever they felt like it. To see this decision used against a Wal-Mart is just as bad, but there is some kind of justice here.

I promised myself I wouldn't post while I was on the road, but this was just too good to pass up.
