The Earth Is Unpredictable
Should all humans move to the dead moon with a shortage of resources to eliminate fear of hurricanes, floods, volcanoes, and Earth quakes? You come up with the most off the wall ways of looking at things sometimes. When you have an atmosphere and active geology things become less predictable, but these are the same situations that can often provide valuable resources.
