Leftists have been the ones re-writing history with their "Screeds" for as long as I can remember. So please allow us to humor ourselves with a few different perspectives.

Heck, you probably burned it in some freeky liberal-Pagen ceremony that was supposed to deliver the world from the Evils of Capitalism and the Evil Bush Tyrranny.

Face up to reality, Carter was THE WORST U.S. President in History and no amount of left wing historical revisionism will change that fact.

Carter was a nobody that only got elected because Gerald Ford was a horrific excuse for a Republican, and an even worse Presidential Candidate.

Carter was a coward, and as President, a complete disgrace to the United States of America and her interests.

The Soviets moved into Afganistan and Carter's feebil response? Punish American athlete's by depriving them of a chance to compete in the Moscow Olympics. And don't forget that he stopped grain shipments to the Soviets so that American Farmers would pay the price with low prices...(Which eventually led to falling land prices and the S&L banking crisis. CARTER WAS A COMPLETE FOOL...

And Carter kept giving right up to the last day of his very weak Presidency. He stood by while the Islamo-facists took over Iran.

He even offered to sell them AMERICAN WEAPONS to keep the peace! The Iranian response a feww days later was legendary: Take over the embassy and hold the Americans inside hostage. And throughout the Carter inspired hostage crisis, the world watched in awe as Carter Hid under Lincoln's bed.

Hey but he won the Nobel Peace Prize because he brought peace to Israel. I guess he's got that going for him.
