Boy, did you miss the point.
The point of that post was not that the war was going to last five days. The point was that five days into the conflict, the anti-war media were already screaming about quagmire, failure, and how this war was not going well.
A couple of years down the road, that opinion held a lot more water, but you have to ask yourself what the media's motivations and hopes were in trumpeting negativity while the tanks were still heading to Baghdad.
