The way I see it...

I could be wrong but I think the liberals which now make up the majority of the board would like to see TB...gone. Most of the conservatives that were here, fell by the wayside and one or two left in a huff- unable to deal with the reality of what Iraq had become.

Tech1 and gbaikie refuse to sheathe their swords and fight alongside Tom in defending the conservative ideology. Others like myself remain, sitting on the sidelines for the boards' social and informational benefits. Occasionally we pull a rusty dagger when the opportunity presents itself but for the most part, we endure the Bush/"neocon" bashing onslaught. (I know...sniff!)

But if you guy's were ever successful at driving Tom off, I think you'd be biting off your nose to spite your face. You'd be removing a synergistic element critical to the dynamic.
