"it depends on how you define the '+' operator and what the symbols '2', '5' and '4' and '=' mean in your system... IE, in a boolean algebra, 1+1 does indeed equal 1, so its trivial to construct a system in which 2+2=5"
I think its cute that you think Tom is so 'obviously' right in his statements that you boil it down to simple aritmetic. It provides a perfect definition of a TB 'buttmonkey'. But the sad fact is that my above statement is more than just a joke. You and TB are so steeped in your own little ideology that the answers seem trivial and obvious to you (like 2+2=?), even while those answers repeatedly fail to thrive in the real world.
This is pointless to even suggest to you: but perhaps you would consider injecting a little empiricism into your belief system. Exactly what have you been right about? Exactly how many of your predictions have obtained? Exactly how has your idiology, in as much as it is in a large part shared by the administration and put into action resulted in any positive real-word outcomes?
Now I'll sit back and let you spin like a vortex in your answer, which will no doubt drip with snide remarks and insult all our intelligence...
Actually, a better Yeti response would be:
