But why on earth would you think that you could tear apart something Lindy said and make coherent sense of the pieces?

Man, I cut Evil and REB and Geoff and Tech slack all the time when their language gets fuzzy or when they paint images or use similes or metaphors that suggest multiple interpretations. I don't expect them to make sense all the time. And I don't expect their prose to mean to them what it sounds like to me. I could probably use such courtesy myself, from time to time.

2) Now back to my objection to your post:

To me this implies that you proved something was impossible recently (or maybe I should start to extend my courtesy to you). I'm just curious what you proved because it went over my head when you did it. Apologies in advance for my stupidity in missing your proof.
