I think Lindy gets a pass in this because with grief over a loss of someone comes an anger stage and I think it's appropriate in our boards to be able to express that with irrational chatter without being dumped on. I never once believed she honestly felt that Ivins was done in by the evil doers but I so understand the leap and how it progresses when your emotions are pumped.
Your dig against SDAI is right on though. He clearly crossed the line here. It was a despicable post and was quite the look into his mind.
