[ I used a different browser and manage to see a bit [about 10 mins] of the the film. ]
As far bias go, it had a few advantages. The most significant is that the reason they looked into this subject. They didn't know why, and therefore they explored the issue.
Rather than starting the process by selecting something that could be used to support their worldview. Another important aspect is they weren't agents sent by some corporation to get a story, nor did they need to have their piece edited by people who didn't understand much as the people involved in getting the story would know.
Another aspect was it seemed low budget- and therefore less effort was devoted in the "special effects dept"- the camera was there to simply record rather used to demonstrate the vastly superior artistic talents of the cameraman "capturing the mood".
But I didn't see the whole film, but since they seemed to be more interested in their subject than promoting themselves, it seems likely the film could turn out more objective/less biased than compared to the norm.
