Try Modern Western Medicine. Which combined with modern sanitation founded in science and engineering, has dropped the combined infant and childhood mortality rates from 3.5 for every 5 to 1 out of several hundred when compared with pre-enlightenment Europe. Science has nearly trippled our average life spans (if not actually trippled or more the average lifespan for women!). Science has cured or obliterated most diseases.

With 'magical' results like these, I'll stand before an MD in a white coat with a tongue depresser long before I'll stand before any arcing psedoscientific arcing contraption meant to 'realign' my 'energy'.

You want a well-head of miracle cures? look no further than your municipal sewage and water system and your family practicioner. If you must look further, go to the Gym and your local nutritionist (both of which, again, are miracles of modern science). After that, you are likely casting about in the oceans of pseudoscientific immitation-magic.
