Just because we're economically and militarily superior NOW doesn't mean we'll hold that position in 5-10 years. And the eartth and her countries are all a family to some extent, and their input AS CONSENSUS should be a steering course to those who hold that power.
Now GWB doesn't give a flying flip for what anyone thinks, he does as he pleases breaking international law, and he put a BOOR in as our captain. We need to get back to some equilibrium. Maybe a new mandate on how to handle conflicts from countries who aren't UN members or mandate they must become one.
