I have been blessed with having a youthful boyish look. The down side is that people don’t always take me seriously. But it has let me get away with stuff :)
When I was 26 and newly married, some neighborhood kids asked my wife if her son could come out and play. My wife was not too happy about that. There were a couple of more times she got asked if I was her son.
And I was still getting carded a couple of times a year, up until 3 years ago when I was 37.
But time is starting to catch up with me. Or is it the stress of life. Do we age slower when we are not under stress?
I have also wondered if some people just age slower than others. Why would we all age at the same rate? Genetics, plus environmental factors could play a part in how fast we age. I wonder if any studies have ever been done on this?
