Whenever engaged in what falls under the catchall term of psychic phenomenon, one has to ask "What of benefit comes from it?"

Creating lights and weird effects by manipulating energy in photographs seems of questionable benefit to the world...and one should temper one's enthusiasm and time spent on pursuits that offer no real benefits.

The astral universe is a vast, vast place and there are enough time-wasters out there who will take up your time, and enjoy your attention by doing what could fall under the category of parlor tricks.

Manipulating energy is done by yourself all the time. The key is manipulating it intelligently so it serves a greater good. All of us are surrounded by a field of energy that extends anywhere from ten to thirty feet around us. This field can interact with electrical systems, cause lights to flicker, play havoc with speaker systems, discharge batteries or even create bizarre images on film. This field can be manipulated the same way one can manipulate one's thoughts.

The field can heal, transmit thoughts, shield or act as the hub of a great universal internet. But just like the internet there are lots of 'undesirables' or 'trolls' seeking attention where they can get it.

So...never forget to test the spirits - & find the benefit. If none can be ascertained, you will find your time and efforts better spent on other pursuits, because the astral world is filled with these unproductive folks who will waste your time, create mysteries that lead to other mysteries and lead folks on a wild goose chase that only serves to frustrate them - and these folks purpose all the while - is to feed on these emotions, in much the same way a 'actor' feeds on applause and attention.
