I'd say only maybe 2% of the population have ever heard of that and the other 1% hasn't got a clue what it is.

Somewhere deep inside the bowels of the government, time travel and anti-gravity experiments are happening. I have no problem with that. Except it's controlled by a bunch of nut jobs that want ALL the control. And it will fly back in their faces.
Because the universe acts on practical basis as to exerting FORCE on an object. They got some unexpected results.

As for your "wag the dog," although molecules can be maipulated, there is a certain time line I think they are working towards. As fundamentalists, agnostics or satanists with crazy ego power, they are working the Dark Side, and they want to fulfill their potential with the weapns technology they've created and bring about Armageddon, testing their "god", if you will.
What we have going on here, is an awakening by the people whos see the light (the absence of death and destruction) and we are in a thought war and a spiritual race to save the planet.

My take on it anyway.
