Attracting colonist to a new and better life?

REB — 7/5/2007 3:40:43 PM (archived)

If they could build space colonies and advertise a better life, I bet they would get a flood of colonist to bring their money and settle.

Heck, that is how they got people to come settle Houston. Their advertising was not entirely truthful, though. They had brochuresshowing a beautiful land with mountains in the back ground.
