Well...
It may be clean in our solar system, but as for the rest of the
galaxy, habitable places may already be occupied.
And I wonder about those groups who not only don't like to be
contradicted but don't want to lose members.
Hopefully enough smart and decent people will survive to keep
the species going - at least until the Artilects finally take over
and really ramp things up for Galactic Unity.
