When the hoard of powerful people that would absolutely love to impeach him have a case for impeachment.
I have no use for Bush as a president any longer. He has mucked it up, but most of what he has done that is seen as impeachable offenses has been done by presidents before him and will be done by those that follow him.
The election is only 14 months away and while impeachment might be politically advantageous for the dems, they are still looking good with or without it. Relax, be happy it will be over before you know it.
The odds of a impeachment attempt are slim and the odds of a successful impeachment are slim and none. Barring some revelation, the time factor alone almost makes it impossible. If they started tommorrow, with what they have, it would be unlikely they could pull it off before his term expires.
Those holding out hope for impeachment are like disappointed football fans hoping for a hail mary pass when they are two touchdowns behind. If it happens screw him, I am not a fan of either team.
