He's ordered U.S. Attorneys to not prosecute

Bush thinks he's above the law. I'd love to see him impeached now. But do we have the votes? One chamber draws up articles of impeachment and the other one tries the President. I don't remember off hand. I think the House draws up the articles and the Senate tries him but I'll have to check that. What percentage is needed? I'd bet it's more than a simple majority.
