The WMD claims go back to the early 90s. Clinton believed he had them and was working on them. So did Gore, Herry, Kennedy, Hillary, and just about everyone else in the Senate and House. Where did this notion of Bush starting the idea of WMDs in Iraq come from anyway? Do people really have that short a memory?
