I think that what happens is we take ourselves WAY TOO seriously. We consider ourselves experts.(And we are experts of our OWN perspective)

I know that from where I sit (as an *arm chair * expert) I have opinions that I feel are from experience and knowledge. Yes....they are...but from WHERE I SIT ONLY.

It becomes a fly in the ointment sometimes when I have been challenged. I perceive that I have been wronged somehow. Frequently
the wording used by others denotes this perception. Ego detonates retaliation.

I know I like to be validated. It feels good....and it feeds the ego.

If everything I said were given the 'Hail Mary", though...I wouldn't be able to fit my swollen ego through the door.

I would suppose we incorporate a system of checks and balances within the Zone. We all have a different way of initiating our coup...I know for me, I use humor and sanctimonious dribblings to achieve this need.

Now my flirting on the other hand...YEEHAW...that is pure enjoyment, and that fulfills the need for me to bond with the guys....heh..I said "BOND":)...I rest my case.
