Tom just always has to be RIGHT
It's just his ego.
He's articulate and intelligent and used to be....funny.
Now, he's just irritating.
Like Robert says, you could put him on auto-pilot and nobody would know. To some degree, people who always feel they have to be right, just think they're being helpful.And he IS....at times.
He's made me think a LITTLE more critically (but not much).
BTW Art, I would agree with you how he hijacks even the most innocuous of posts. But I've told Tom when I think he has it coming.
Most of the time he's just an irritating lovable fuzzball.
Who thinks he knows it all. And is so dry you could throw him into a martini without the vermouth and nobody would notice.
