Loyalty is something that must be earned and not given freely. Most corps don't care about their workers at all. They'd gladly close their doors, pickup shop, and move to a cheaper labor market in a heartbeat. All to save a few cents here and there. I'm sure the employers that deserve respect and loyalty get it. To hell with the rest of them.
