IE 6 stuff

I had the same problem as Laurie with IE6 on my work computer. I just tried it here at my home computer and the site works fine on IE 6 after clicking ok on the antiquated browser message.

As far as testing using IE 6 don't you have a server running win2000 with IE6. Just remote in and launch view through the browser from there.

IE 7 is actually fairly easy to block. You just have to tell windows update to leave you alone about it and it does...so far. I had a lot of issues with IE 7 from the start, but most of those seem to be no longer issues. I haven't updated mine out of sheer laziness after once blocking IE 6's install. If Microsoft ever asks me again, I'll probably allow it, but I'm not going to go looking for it unless an increasing number of websites I frequent start demanding it. 80% of my browsing is through Firefox anyway, but I do have to look through some with IEtabs because they don't like Firefox. Its always a possibility that those few will require IE7 at some point.
