You need a Mac.
Not as your main machine, but a cheap one nearby that you can run things on to check them out. You'll get better answers than running some kludge of Safari on Windows.
I have an old IMac that's invaluable for this. I use it to check and debug Office files like giant Powerpoint presentations. Nobody will be surprised to learn that Office documents don't always travel well between the two systems.
