You wouldn't know "consistency" if it bit you.

I'm trying to find some part of the Constitution where the Federal government has the frigging right to tell me what light bulbs I can use, and why being fined or possibly imprisoned for selling or possessing the wrong kind isn't "cruel and unusual."

So yes, you do want to see "someone imprisoned for being greedy or stupid." In fact there are hundreds of laws generated by the usual government control freaks that pertain to just that.

I've been watching the environmental movement for years, and believe me, "some" has become too damn many.
