Let's see...I propose to lower the minimum wage for folks with less than two years work experience and folks here act like it's some amazingly inhumane suggestion.
The "liberal" economy you propose and endorse will lead to turning America into Mexico.
Liberals think that if the government mandates high wages everyone will get rich. So mandate 20 dollars an hour and see what happens.
The currency becomes worthless. Mexico is in a shambles because it's currency is worthless. The currency is worthless because the people are corrupt. Intelligence and integrity, when lacking, depreciate currency. This is true in Mexico and the rest of the 3rd world. It's not that their capitalists are monsters, rather it's that their government is corrupt and business is in constant jeopardy.
As the liberals have hiked the minimum wage what has been the result? Runaway inflation, two earner households, latchkey kids, crime, welfare mothers...etc.
You can't legislate prosperity. Period.
Wealth has to be made by business. Period.
Businesses need freedom to use real supply and demand to their advantage - including when dealing with labor.
Competition, in a free market, will weed out the folks who pay their employees too little or produce shoddy goods.
Liberal "business reforms" and their benefits to workers are short lasting. When you try to force the market you end up impoverishing everyone in the long haul.
Hiking the minimum wage and forcing millions out of work is an obvious example. Wealth redistribution has also been proven an utter catastrophe. US Inflation is almost solely linked to FDR's New Deal. Look at prices from 1850-1950 and watch when stuff spikes. Liberals are doing their damnedest to destroy the middle class and are helping to create a polarized society where the few have all the wealth and the rest have squat. Their "charity" and "social" conscience when stripped of the decoration and revealed for what it is has a new name: ignorance.
