I don't have a doctorate in the subject, but I know a hell of a lot more about basic economics than you do.

And nobody needs to pull a phrase like "resource allocation algorithm" out of their ass to explain it.

BTW, for extra credit, you should be able to tell me the hidden assumptions underlying that phrase.
