Free will has always been my view. I've said many times that the eugenic revolution will not be driven be government diktat, but by consumer choice as the technologies become avaliable. Most sane people want their children to have the best possible start. If offered the capability to pick and choose what traits their children are born with, most parents to be will eagerly jump at the chance to do so.
